Compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework
We comply with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (“EU-U.S. DPF”) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. We have certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that SPS adheres to the EU-U.S. DPF Principles with regard to personal data transferred from the European Union and the United Kingdom as well as the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles with regard to personal data transferred from Switzerland. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, we commit to resolve complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF. If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved through our standard internal complaint resolution process, you have the right to invoke binding arbitration as set forth in Annex I of the DPF Principles, through the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), an independent alternative dispute resolution provider based in the United States. We are subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”).
